‘It was real… AND IT WAS FANTASTIC’ | 2012

This series was constructed between 2010 and 2012, in Glasgow, Scotland.  Five images from the series were selected for inclusion at the 2012 GSA Master of Fine Arts Degree Show at the Glue Factory.  An original lithograph of the work, I Hope It Never Stops (2011) is now in the Glasgow School of Art‘s permanent collection.

After illustrating the images, Blake printed each works in edition of 15 on museum quality, heavyweight paper.  Within the editions, prints 10 through 15 were given unique characteristics – including additional flocking, ink, drawing, etc.
