Working as ‘the Grocery,’ Blake Peterson & Zoe Phillips developed a unique non-toxic printing process. Unlike screen-printed attire (where the ink ‘sits’ on top of the surface), using our technique – the image is impregnated into the fabric using our method without the use of harsh solvents. Fabric for the shirts was constructed by a carbon-neutral, fair trade organic clothing company from the UK. The shirts were produced in limited quantities, and were available through select boutiques – with additional copies later made available online.
